Foundational Tools for a Fabulous Life After 40

1.      Evaluate Your Assets.

I believe that God orders our steps, and that each of use has a God-given purpose for our lives on earth. So even those things that seem ‘negative’ that may have transpired in your life can be ‘leveraged’ to achieve that purpose. View your experience as ‘currency’ that can be ‘sold, bartered or traded’, in other words, experience is an asset with value.

2. Share your experiences.

Tell your story; bless others with the gift of ‘your’ life. Once you acknowledge to yourself that your life, such as it has been, is a gift from God you can validate your experiences and turn them into  “intellectual property” and make add them to your ‘portfolio’. Start a blog, create a HUB, write a book, give a seminar, the list goes on and on. The point is, get out there and share your life.

3. Stay young at heart.

Approach each day as a day to learn something new. As rich as our lives have been, there are still things that we have not done, places we haven’t gone and people we haven’t met. Youth have a sense of adventure and aren’t afraid to take risks. At fifty we should continue to look for new areasof growth. Recognizing that in so doing we are increasing our ‘portfolio’.

Fabulously Yours,

Pam, "The Fifties Coach"
